A Florence order is not always one parcel. Flowers and cakes are hand-delivered around Nairobi, printed cards go into the post, eCards arrive by email and a Date Night Stay is a booking rather than a delivery. Your basket is split accordingly at checkout and each part is priced on its own.
Flowers and cakes
Order before 5pm and we deliver the next day. After 5pm, the day after. We deliver seven days a week, including public holidays.
Fresh flowers are Nairobi and the surrounding towns only. They do not travel well enough to courier further and we would rather say so than send something that arrives tired.
Someone needs to be there to receive the order. We take a phone number for the recipient and the rider calls on arrival — if nobody answers we call you before taking the order back.

Printed cards
Cards are printed, checked, enveloped and posted. One postage fee covers however many cards are in the order — a second card in the same envelope costs us nothing extra, so it costs you nothing extra.

Delivery times are working days from dispatch and depend on the postal service at the far end. Nothing in an envelope is tracked.
eCards
An eCard is emailed to the address you give us, on the morning of the date you choose, at 7am Nairobi time. There is no postage. You can schedule one up to a year ahead.
Date Night Stays
A stay is a booking. We confirm your dates by phone before anything else is arranged and we will tell you straight away if the dates you picked are not available.
