Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email your confirmation, not when you press pay. If we cannot fulfil something — a bloom the market did not have, a date already taken — we will tell you and refund that part in full.
Prices are shown in your currency and are set per currency rather than converted at the moment you look, so the price you see is the price you pay. Where we cannot settle in the currency you browsed, the checkout shows the exact amount and currency your card will be charged before you pay.
Your card designs
What you make in the card editor is yours. We store your design and any photographs you upload so we can print them, reprint them if something goes wrong and let you order the same card again. We do not use them for anything else and we do not show them to anyone.
You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload. Do not upload other people's photographs or artwork without their permission.
We will not print material that is unlawful, that harasses or defames someone or that infringes someone's rights. If we refuse a design we refund it in full and tell you why.
Delivery
Delivery dates are the dates we aim for and hit almost always. They are not guarantees and they depend on things outside our control — weather, traffic, the postal service. Where a date is the entire point of the order, tell us and we will say honestly whether we can promise it.
Liability
If we get an order wrong, our responsibility is to put that order right — replace it or refund it. We are not liable for consequential loss beyond that.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
